In Little Rock, City Code Section 32-377 keeps trucks, trailers and semitrailers rated over one ton off public residential streets unless they are providing a direct public service, and a parked vehicle must leave at least 10 feet of roadway open for traffic. On residential lots, vehicles in the front yard must be on a designated driveway or parking pad, and commercial vehicles with a load capacity of one ton or more are barred, with an exemption for delivery vehicles and contractors while engaged in the work.
