Moscow rules for moving trucks, trailers and containers.
Key rule: In Moscow, no vehicle may be parked or left standing on any street or alley for more than 48 consecutive hours.
In Moscow, City Code Title 11, Chapter 4 limits any vehicle to 48 consecutive hours on a street or alley and lists trailers not attached to a motor vehicle (other than recreational vehicles) among vehicles barred from public streets. Vehicles may not be parked on sidewalks or tree lawns, and a downtown zone regulates parking between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. When the mayor issues a Snow Removal Proclamation, parking of any vehicle, trailer or object is banned on the designated Snow Route streets, and residents are asked to park off the street during heavy snowfall.
