Kenosha rules for moving trucks, trailers and containers.
Key rule: In Kenosha, alternate side parking is in effect from December 1 to March 31, and on odd calendar dates between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. you may park only on the side of the street with odd-numbered addresses.
Kenosha's code limits trailers, semitrailers and similar vehicles to 30 minutes of street parking on any day, and no vehicle may sit in essentially the same place on a public street for more than 24 continuous hours. Placing an obstruction in the public right-of-way needs written permission from the Director of Public Works. From December 1 to March 31 alternate side parking applies overnight, and during a declared snow emergency no parking is allowed on any city roadway.
