Wasco rules for moving trucks, trailers and containers.

Key rule: In Wasco, a trailer or semi-trailer uncoupled from a motor vehicle may not be stopped or parked on any street or public right-of-way, except while it is actively being loaded or unloaded and that requires uncoupling.

Wasco bars parking an uncoupled trailer or semi-trailer on any street or public right-of-way unless it is actively being loaded or unloaded and that requires uncoupling. Heavy commercial vehicles, trucks and trailers are barred from residential streets and properties, though temporary loading or unloading does not count as parking, and RVs may sit on a driveway only up to 24 hours for loading, unloading or cleaning. Any vehicle may stay on a street for at most 72 consecutive hours.
