Framingham rules for moving trucks, trailers and containers.
Key rule: In Framingham, a year-round odd/even rule applies to street parking: in even years you may park only on the even-numbered side of the street, and in odd years only on the odd-numbered side, unless signs say otherwise.
Framingham enforces odd/even side-of-street parking all year, and during a declared snow emergency parking is banned on both sides of every posted snow artery. Occupying the street, sidewalk or curb in connection with a construction project needs a $50 street/sidewalk obstruction permit, which takes three to five business days. The city says 2024 traffic regulations bar commercial-plated vehicles and trailers from parking between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
