Key rule: In Warren, trucks and truck trailers can't park on residential streets, but temporary parking to deliver merchandise or provide services to homes on that street is allowed, and it never includes overnight parking.
Warren bans trucks, truck tractors and truck trailers from parking on residential streets, except panel trucks and trucks rated three-quarters of a ton or less; temporary parking to deliver merchandise or provide services to homes on the street is lawful, but not overnight. The code also bars placing or storing goods, materials or objects on any street or sidewalk without a special permit from the city council.
