These rules come from the Town of Greece government's Town Code. From November 1 to April 15, parking is banned on all Town and county streets from midnight to 8 a.m., and vehicles left on a road during a snowstorm can be removed by the Public Works Commissioner. Vehicles can't park more than 12 inches from the curb, on the sidewalk or blocking a driveway, though the parking chapter doesn't count a vehicle standing briefly while it's actually being loaded or unloaded as parked.
