On an occupied residential property, a commercial vehicle may be parked temporarily for a genuine sale, service or delivery, and the code counts utility trailers as recreational vehicles, with no more than one recreational vehicle allowed in the driveway. From November 15 to April 1, parking is banned on all roads and shoulders, including state highways, from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m., and vehicles left in violation can be removed at the owner's cost.
