Buckeye rules for moving trucks, trailers and containers.
Key rule: In Buckeye, a trailer that is not attached to a properly licensed and insured motor vehicle may not be parked, left standing or stopped on any street.
In Buckeye, city code bars leaving a trailer on any street unless it is hitched to a licensed, insured vehicle, and a commercial vehicle (as defined in state law) may park on a residential street only when needed to load, unload, deliver or pick up. Placing anything in the right-of-way needs a city encroachment permit, and all work in streets, sidewalks and alleys needs an approved traffic control plan submitted at least five working days before a restriction. Trucks may use alleys only to load or unload, for no more than 30 minutes.
