Dacono rules for moving trucks, trailers and containers.
Key rule: In Dacono, a trailer can't be parked on the street at all except for loading, and that exception runs out after 24 hours.
Dacono's code bans trailers from the public right-of-way, with an exception for loading that lasts no more than 24 hours, and in residential zones it bars parking any vehicle rated over 10,000 pounds GVWR on the street. Anything that obstructs a street, alley or sidewalk needs a permit from the city clerk, applied for at least ten working days ahead. In snow, cars must come off posted emergency snow routes once three inches have fallen.
