Key rule: In Lebanon, a utility trailer, camper trailer or recreational vehicle may not be left on a public street, sidewalk or right-of-way unless it is being used for immediate loading or unloading.
Lebanon's code keeps recreational vehicles and utility, camper and construction trailers off public streets and rights-of-way except for immediate loading or unloading, and no vehicle may stay on a public street for more than 24 consecutive hours without approval from the chief of police. Commercial vehicles over five tons or wider than eight feet may park on residential streets only while actually loading or unloading, and the code bars storing goods or materials in a street or right-of-way.
