From December 1 to April 1, parking is banned on all Town highways from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m., and trucks and commercial vehicles over four tons are excluded from listed Town roads, though they may still deliver or pick up property there. On R-3 corner lots, trailers and other vehicles may sit in the side front yard only on an approved driveway, and at properties other than single-family homes a dumpster needs a permit from the Code Enforcement Officer. Discarded items go to the curb no earlier than noon the day before collection and no later than 6 a.m. on collection day, and two large items per household a year are picked up free if arranged in advance with Dependable Disposal.
