Parker rules for moving trucks, trailers and containers.
Key rule: In Parker, a storage container or dumpster left in the town right-of-way for more than 24 hours needs a Street Occupancy Permit, applied for through eTRAKiT.
In Parker, storage containers and dumpsters placed in the town right-of-way for more than 24 hours need a Street Occupancy Permit. Vehicles over 22 feet or 6,000 pounds empty weight, and trailers whether attached or not, may not be parked on a residential street for longer than 48 hours in any given week, unless they're actively rendering services in the immediate area, and moving them to dodge the limit is a violation. In winter, cars must be off the downtown snow routes during snow removal, and local residential streets are only plowed once six inches or more has accumulated.

Parker moving questions
Do I need a permit for a portable storage container on a Parker street?
