Key rule: In Frisco, city code makes it unlawful to park a truck or trailer on a public street, though it allows a defense for one parked to load or unload personal property at a specific location for no more than three hours.
Frisco city code makes it unlawful to leave a truck, trailer, bus or commercial vehicle on a public street or right-of-way, with affirmative defenses that include loading or unloading personal property at a specific location for no more than three hours, or parking under an approved right-of-way permit or traffic control plan. Recreational vehicles may not be parked on public streets except to load or unload expeditiously or with a police-issued on-street permit, and any parked vehicle must leave at least 12 feet of roadway open.
