In Torrance, city code bans parking any trailer on a public street, and defines oversized vehicles as those over 20 feet long, 7 feet wide or 8 feet high, with an exception for commercial vehicles making pickups or deliveries; the Police Department issues oversized vehicle and trailer parking permits to residents and visitors.
